Singapore Tax Filing Services
ITA provide all kind of income tax filing for the clients range from individuals , professional sole proprietorships and partnersip to Private Limited in Singapore. We ensure that all our clients comply with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

We offer advise to set up a new local company. We able to act on behalf of our clients to apply for company name , prepare incorporation documents and register with ACRA .
Compilation Services
We assist our client to prepare the unaudited financial statement for the companies filed with ACRA when filing the Annual Returns togethers with the Directors’ Report and Statement by Directors.
Supply Chain Management
We do assist client to set up their supply chain management procedures for the new set up companies. We even can assist in applying the necessarily license for the companies.
(eg : Halal, NEA , AVA , import and export).
Internal control Implementation
Our consultants assisting companies to identify and assess risks and weaknesses related to their financial statement , security of assets till operation. We will customize the suitable internal control procedures according to the risk and weaknesses assessment. In addition, we will perform checks on whether these procedures are appropriately implemented.
